International Grenfell Association (IGA)
A Hope Air donor since 2014, the International Grenfell Association (IGA) is a non-profit organization that funds projects and initiatives supporting the well-being of residents in the coastal communities of northern Newfoundland and Labrador.
The IGA generously supports Hope Air flights for the residents of coastal Labrador and Newfoundland’s Northern Peninsula. The IGA’s contributions help ensure that low-income Newfoundlanders and Labradorians living in these regions can travel to their medical and specialist appointments, often in major urban centres.
The IGA’s support comes at a crucial time. With the 2015 spike in travel requests leading to Hope Air flight restrictions in Newfoundland and Labrador, and the province’s economic downturn, contributions for flights in the region are needed more than ever.
We are grateful to the International Grenfell Association for helping us ease the financial burdens of illness for residents of the province in their time of need.
