Hope Air hosts our own events and benefits from many third party events hosted by businesses, flying clubs and individuals across the country. Take together, these events raise more than $800,000 each year and provide significant awareness in communities across Canada.

Hope Air Events

Haul for Hope

Haul for Hope is a test of teamwork, determination and fundraising impact. With an opportunity to see behind the scenes with our airport partners and get up close and personal with aircraft, this plane pull fundraiser is a great fit for corporate team building, fitness buffs, or anyone looking to have fun and make a difference.
Launched in 2023, Haul for Hope will activate in sites across Canada in 2026.

Give Hope Wings

Founded in 2017, Give Hope Wings combines love for aviation and community impact. With stops in urban centres, Hope Air patient communities and aviation destinations the annual expedition has something for everyone.
More than $2.2 Million has been raised to support patient travel, and media pickup and community events help to drive awareness to ensure patients in need know about our mission. Learn more and support at www.givehopewings.ca

Give Hope. Your Way.

Across the country, individuals, flying clubs, conferences and community groups set up fundraising pages and support the organization through any event that fits their community and lifestyle.
Whether hosting a fly in, a bake sale, or participating in your next 10K run our platform and tools make it easy for you to make a difference. Hosting a conference or looking to honour someone? Third Party Events

CAA Golf Tournament

CAA Club Group is a steadfast supporter of Hope Air, including funds raised through their annual golf tournament.
A lively golf tournament and live auction featuring exciting travel prizes raised more than $200,000 in 2023. Since 2017 CAA and its network have provided more than $1,538,000 to support our patients.

CBAA Golf Tournament

The Canadian Business Aviation Association and its members have been Hope Air supporters since 1994, contributing more than $426,000.
Hope Air is featured throughout their annual conference, hosted in a new Canadian city each year.

The primary fundraising vehicle is a golf tournament, with a WestJet gift of flight raffle and coat check station providing additional funds.

Ham, Eggs and Hope

Each year since 2016 Newfoundland and Labrador residents gather for breakfast with a side of inspiration.
Hosted by former Board Chair Jim Burton, Order of Newfoundland and Labrador, guests gather to hear from inspirational speakers including Premiers, Health Ministers, Hope Air patients and other dedicated supporters who know the importance of supporting travel for medical care.
