How do I use the Hope Air Uber Eats voucher to order a meal?

Digital vouchers are provided through the Uber platform. To redeem your Uber voucher, you will receive an email directly from Uber with the voucher details.  You may need to add noreply@uber.com to your safe senders list or check your e-mail junk or spam folder. 

These steps can be completed before you travel, as soon as you receive your Uber voucher. 

1. Download the Uber app.  
2. You will be required to setup an Uber account with a valid credit or debit card. 
3. You will receive an email from noreply@uber.com with your Uber Eats voucher prior to your departure date. Open the link in the email to claim the voucher and add it to your Uber account. 

Your Uber voucher can only be used on the designated dates assigned by Hope Air as part of your medical travel. The vouchers cannot be assigned or sold to a third party.

Alcoholic beverages are not covered by the voucher. No gratuity is required. 

You are responsible for any charges above the voucher’s maximum value, this will be charged to your payment card linked to your Uber account.  

To place an order through Uber Eats: 

1. Sign in to the Uber app and set your delivery address. 
2. Choose the restaurant you want to order from. 
3. Select your items and tap “Add to Cart”. 
4. To place your order, select “View cart” or “Checkout”. 
5. Review your order and tap “Place Order”. 
6. Track your order’s progress. 
7. Pick up from the hotel lobby or designated meeting area.
