Kaylie Dudgeon Joins Hope Air’s National
Advisory Council

Hope Air is pleased to welcome Kaylie Dudgeon to its National Advisory Council. A communications professional with experience across public, private, and community sectors, Kaylie brings strong strategic communications expertise and a deep understanding of regional engagement to the Council’s work.

Currently serving as Senior Communications Specialist for the Ontario Region at Agnico Eagle Mines Limited, Kaylie supports regional communications across the organization’s Ontario operations. Her work focuses on stakeholder engagement, community investments, and communications initiatives connected to Northern Ontario communities.

Through her work in Northern Ontario’s resource sector, Kaylie has developed strong insight into the realities facing small and remote communities across Canada. Many of these communities experience significant barriers to accessing healthcare, making organizations like Hope Air an important support for residents who must travel far from home to receive care. Her experience working closely with these communities brings valuable regional perspective to the Advisory Council’s work.

Prior to joining Agnico Eagle, Kaylie served as Communication Manager to a Member of Parliament/Parliamentary Secretary of Natural Resources, Rural Economic Development and Official Languages, where she supported bilingual communications outreach, key policy and stakeholder engagement, and public facing federal-level messaging.

Outside of her professional work, Kaylie is actively involved in community leadership. She currently serves as a Director on the Board of the Northern Policy Institute and previously served as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Centre de Santé Communautaire du Grand Sudbury, contributing to governance and oversight for organizations serving Northern Ontario communities.

“I’m honoured to join Hope Air’s National Advisory Council and eager to support their strong mandate to remove barriers and make a direct, meaningful impact in communities across Canada. This cause is deeply meaningful to me,” added Kaylie.

“Kaylie’s experience across government, industry, and community organizations brings a valuable communications perspective to Hope Air’s National Advisory Council,” said Mark Rubinstein, Chief Hope Officer at Hope Air. “Her understanding of regional realities and public engagement will strengthen the Council’s ability to support Hope Air’s mission.”
