YVR for Kids (Clear Skies Children’s Foundation) brings together members of the YVR community to support this broader network of care. Through annual fundraising initiatives they provide critical funding to organizations including Canuck Place Children’s Hospice, Wigs for Kids BC, Canucks Autism Network, Richmond Therapeutic Riding Association, and Hope Air.

Within this network, medical travel remains a key barrier. For families who must leave their communities to access specialized care, the cost and coordination of travel can add significant strain.
