Hope Air appoints Sandra Hollingsworth to its
Board of Directors
(May 23, 2023) Following its recent Annual General Meeting, Hope Air is delighted to announce the appointment of Sandra Hollingsworth to its Board of Directors for a 3-year term.
Sandra is a dynamic community leader with extensive experience in municipal, airport, health care and related sectors. Sandra presently serves as a City Councillor for the City of Sault Ste. Marie. Sandra has also served as a member of the Sault Ste Marie Conservation Authority Board, a Director with the Federation of Northern Ontario Municipalities and with the Sault Ste Marie Airport Development Corporation. Sandra is accredited as a registered nurse and is also an active pilot.

Her experience and background as a municipal leader in Northern Ontario, combined with her background as both a nurse and pilot, will provide our Board with valuable perspectives and insights.”

The Board of Directors also acknowledge the recent retirement of long serving Board members Alec Zimmerman and Sam Barone. We thank Alec and Sam for their long and dedicated service to the mission of our Charity.
