This program provides cancer patients in need, living in rural, remote and smaller communities in British Columbia, with enhanced medical travel support programs, to reach diagnosis, treatment or care. Hope Air collaborates with the Canadian Cancer Society in supporting patients travelling for cancer care.
Patients are eligible for support under this program if they are residents of British Columbia in financial need and need to travel long distances to reach cancer care covered under the provincial health plan.
