If your travel includes a planned hospital stay but your discharge date is uncertain, you can submit a travel request without a return date.
Do not submit a travel request with an estimated discharge date. Once your discharge date is confirmed, contact Hope Air to request your return flight or submit a new travel request.
We require a note from the hospital confirming that you are fit to fly before we can book a flight. This note can be emailed to info@hopeair.ca or faxed to 416-222-6930.
If you did not use Hope Air to attend your appointment and require a flight to return home, please submit a travel request to Hope Air for a one-way flight. We require 2 full business days notice (before travel date) to process a new travel request.
