Receiving Your Bridge Toll Coverage or Ferry Pass & Gas Card
The process for receiving your bridge or ferry pass is as follows:
Bridge toll: Once your request is approved and processed, your bridge toll instructions will be emailed to you. If you do not have an email address, Hope Air can assist in sending the pass to a designated Access PEI location. Please note your preferred Access PEI location in the additional comments section at the end of the request form.
Ferry Pass: Unlike the bridge toll, the ferry pass must be reserved in advance. You will receive an email with instructions on how to make your free reservation for the ferry crossing.
Gas Card: Once your travel request has been processed, you will receive an email with a link to your virtual Esso gas card. You can print this gas card or download it to your phone.
Changes to Appointments: If there are any changes/cancellations to your appointment, passes may need to be re-issued. Please contact us at info@hopeair.ca or 1-877-346-HOPE (4673).
