Whether it’s a commercial airline or a volunteer private plane, we make sure you don’t have to cancel or postpone vital medical care or go into debt getting there. All you need to do to start the process is fill out an online application form which includes information about your appointment, financial need, and other pertinent travel needs so that our dedicated client care team can book travel. Hope Air assesses all applications for travel support
on a case-by-case basis based on two primary criteria: a confirmed appointment covered by your provincial healthcare plan and demonstrated financial need.
