Hope Air Client Care operates from 9 AM EST (6 AM PST) and closes at 7:30 PM EST (4:30 PM PST) Monday to Friday, excluding stat holidays. If you need to contact the Hope Air Client Care team after office hours, please leave a voicemail and someone will return your call the following business day.
If you need support outside of our regular business hours for immediate changes to a flight that was booked by Hope Air, please contact the airline for support. If you incur any change or cancellation fees, please keep your receipt to submit to Hope Air for review. Hope Air does not reimburse for airlines expenses that do not comply with our flight booking policy. We cover only economy class fares and do not pay for seat selection or luggage fees.
