Please alert Hope Air immediately if you need to change or cancel your flights/hotel booking. All cancellations must be made through Hope Air. Contact us at info@hopeair.ca or 1-877-346-HOPE (4673).
If you need support outside of our regular business hours for immediate changes to a flight that was booked by Hope Air, please contact the airline for support. If you incur any change or cancellation fees, please keep your receipt to submit to Hope Air for review. Hope Air does not reimburse for airlines expenses that do not comply with our flight booking policy. We cover only economy class fares and do not pay for seat selection or luggage fees.
Unfortunately, we cannot make same-day flight changes. We suggest you go to the airport and ask the airline if there are seats available on an earlier flight that you can be placed on. Please note: Hope Air is not able to pay for or reimburse any fees for changes to flights that do not comply with Hope Air flight booking policies.
Hope Air is not exempt from change/cancellation fees and fare increases from airlines/hotels. If you do not appear for your flight and do not alert Hope Air that you will not be taking your flight, the funds used to purchase your ticket are lost and cannot be recovered.
