Hope Air provides patients with Uber vouchers to support ground travel between the arrival airport to your hospital, hotel, and back. The Uber Voucher can only be used for the city where you are receiving medical care up to the assigned value.
The voucher is valid for the dates of travel and cannot be transferred or sold. Ground transportation is only provided to patients who have flown with Hope Air and are not provided outside of Hope Air’s flight program.
The value of the Uber voucher varies by province.
Digital vouchers are provided through the Uber platform. To redeem your Uber voucher, you will receive an email directly from Uber with the voucher details.
