The Free Bridge Toll or Ferry Pass Application Process

To obtain a free bridge toll or ferry pass, follow these steps: 

1. Fill out the Travel Request form online: Make sure to indicate in the relevant section that this request is for a bridge toll pass. 
2. Attach your Health PEI Out of Province Approval Letter: If you do not have one, please contact: 902 368 5918 & email: ooptravelsupport@gov.pe.ca 
3. Approval Process: Once your request has been submitted, it will be reviewed for approval. This includes verifying your eligibility and the details of your medical appointment. 
4. Receive Your Pass: After approval, Hope Air will email you instructions on how to redeem or receive the passes that you applied for via email. These instructions will be sent to the email address you provided in your application.
