Hope Air is deeply saddened by the passing of our beloved co-founder, Jinnie Bradshaw, whose compassion, vision, and unwavering dedication helped shape Hope Air into Canada’s national charity for medical travel support. Together with fellow co-founder Joan Rogers, Jinnie laid the foundation for an organization built on empathy, equity, and the belief that every Canadian deserves access to the care they need.
Jinnie believed profoundly in a Canada where access to healthcare should never depend on where someone lives. Her generosity and determination turned that belief into action, creating a lifeline for thousands of patients and families over the years. Her legacy lives on in every flight taken, every barrier removed, and every moment of comfort offered to those facing medical challenges far from home.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Jinnie’s family and loved ones. We honour her remarkable life and the enduring impact she has had on communities across the country. Her spirit will continue to guide and inspire Hope Air for generations to come.
